Found me an unexpected courtesy car, David even came and Found me at the bus stop , very welcome especially as it was raining,car was ready and washed sooner than I had asked with no additional costs

Everything went well at Renault Orpington. Our car arrived a month early and Luke was so very helpful. He was helpful with all the process. My French license was a bit of an issue for the finance service but Luke was amazing and tried hard to make it happen so I could go back home with the car. No complaints!

You as a dealership et me down, firstly when I booked my car in for service, I explained that the car had to be collected as I am disabled. the lady who took the booking did not book it for collection, and it was already a month overdue for a service. That was on 13th March. I phoned on 9th of March to confirm the booking, and was told it had not been booked in for collection, and it could not be booked in until 24th April. Then on Friday 10th March I had a phone call from your service dept. confirming they were coming to collect my car on the 13th of March, I told the man who phoned me that it had not been booked in for collection, he said it was booked in on his work sheet, I told him he best check it out, then I never had any information, only that Dave had tried to phone me on the morning of 10th March, but apparently could not get through. Dave finally picked my car up on 24th April, when he returned it, it was raining very hard, so I did not go and check on the car, didn't think I needed to, I wasn't needing to use my car until the Thursday 27th April, went to my car and the back offside tyre was as flat as a pancake, This weekend has been a nightmare trying to get the tyre fixed. Kwik fix could not fit it in as they were booked up until next Thursday, I was finally able to call the RAC, who came and did a temporary repair, I then phoned mobile Kwick fix to book a mobile tyre replacement, that booking was yesterday 30th April the booking time was 10.00 am to 4.00pm, I had not heard from them by 3.00pm so I phoned them, I was told they would be hear by 4.00pm, they turned up at 4.20. when I questioned the drive, he had got 5. 30 on his work sheet. I wonder what happened to disabled drivers having priority. You will see from this I am very angry at the so called service I have received, and will be sending a complaint to Motability. The car has been a terrible car from day one, having to get it during lock down, not being able to have a test drive, not being able to see it only in an online picture. These are the reasons I will never have another Renault.
