        I have been using The Boutique Spa since lockdown ended, and they have always been reliable, a little on the expensive side but thought it was worth paying for the reliability. How wrong I was. I booked a specific facial for Tuesday 10am, and received a phone-call on Monday at 5:30pm cancelling. Now for someone who only gets Tuesday off every week, this has caused problems. 5:30pm left me no time to find somewhere else before my event this Friday evening. If I had cancelled with less that 24 hours notice, they would have charged me 50% of the treatment cost, but its acceptable for them to do it? Wont be going back, and neither will any of my friends which have been using their services.

        First visit to the boutique spa in locksbottom. Very friendly welcome from Caroline and great service and cut from Jasmine. Lovely atmosphere, will definitely be going back again
