Just arrived at Stoves Are Us showroom, Bamber Bridge - advertised as open its a (Sunday) . Not happy at all to find the place is closed! A simple update to say correct opening hours would be helpful! Wasted joinery - fuel and time!!!

We have bought two Tiger gas stoves from 'Stoves Are Us', - one coal effect, the second a log effect. The coal effect lasted about four years, but developed a fault that required a small, relatively cheap part, but one that was obsolete,- so the fire had to be scrapped! We replaced this with a log effect fire,- costing almost 900 which has only lasted just over two years, before failing to light. I contacted 'Stoves Are Us', regarding the fault and the guy I spoke to said , more or less, ' What else can you expect from stoves made in China?' Not exactly the kind of wording they use in their advertising! As the parts needed to fix the fire, (which is outside the meagre 1 year guarantee) will cost hundreds of pounds, we will have to replace this fire too. - OBVIOUSLY not with one from 'Stoves Are Us' !!!
