        Ive been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, for 2 years now in a previous place before this gym. I am so glad I have moved here to RGA Preston, the environment is unbelievable and friendships that have been made are second to none. Training BJJ has done absolute wonders for my physical and mental health I could not recommend strongly enough if you fancy trying this incredible sport, RGA Preston should be your first choice.
