Catherine is an excellent yoga instructor. I feel very lucky to find an inspiring, compassionate teacher like her in my local town. The yoga session was liberating for my mind and body. I felt relaxed with great energy afterwards. Both my husband and I really enjoyed it.

Really, really excellent. I would highly recommend! When you are trying to be all things for all people, you forget to take time for yourself - Catherine shows you how to make the absolute most of any time to yourself, not just for your body but most importantly for your mental wellbeing. After doing her 'mindful yoga for everyone' course, I slept better than I had in YEARS! Sign up people! I will be again as soon as I can!

Such a beautiful hour of yoga. Catherine really loves what she does and makes sure we have different levels to feel comfortable. I like the mindful approach to the class.
