These guys are great. Took my very sorry looking jaguar off me for a decent price, sold me a 3 series with an MOT quickly and with no fuss. Judging by their replies to poor reviews there's a whole lot of scammers trying to make a few bucks back off their car, good job calling them out on it!

Disappointing service, zero professional. Bought a BMW 320i in October, they told me the car had MOT ready, it was a lie, I had to do it myself the first day Ive got the car, I have to say they reimbursed me the money of the MOT cost. They told me the car was recently cleaned before the handover, the reality is it was super dirty inside when I got it. The V5C took more that 4 weeks to arrive due to some failure from their part to submit properly the documents to the DVLA to notify the new owner. They gave me the car full of issues, Rocker cover gasket leaking, Both rear diff oil seals leaking, Front number plate perished Windscreen chipped, Oil level sensor appears to be reading incorrectly even after correct amount of oil put in, there is a NOx sensor failure, the amber check engine sign appears every now and then and we still dont know what the issue is. The amber service sing appears as well even though I just serviced the car. Obviously NOTHING of the above was mentioned by them, and nothing of this is covered by the warranty they offer. From my own experience, Id advise go a buy your car somewhere else.

UPDATE as of November 2022; THIS SELLER IS NOW BEING INVESTIGATED BY TRADING STANDARDS AND AUTOTRADER FOR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. PLEASE DO AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR SUBSTANTIATED EVIDENCE. They sold me a Porsche that was declared by Porsche as too dangerous to drive. Purchased a car in September. Cost me 3,000 in repairs as the seller is sadly a con man now being investigated. He would not take my calls after the engines entire system went down on my newly purchased vehicle, only 2 days after buying; causing a near fatal accident. He is now being investigated by both Trading Standards and Autotrader. Please feel free to contact me for substantiated evidence. Other reviews on here are fake. I am a real buyer. Do not purchase from Prominence Autos. You could lose thousands of pounds. Porsche have a full report with images. Porsche are staggered anyone would sell a car like this. I have a little 8 year old daughter and we had a near fatal crash in the car due to the management system that the sellers knew about that caused the vehicle to dangerously cut out at speed. The costs for repairs amounted to over 3000. Prominence Autos ignored all my calls and official legal correspondence. They are now being investigated.
