My parents have used Faringdon cars for a number of years, mainly to go to and from hospital appointments. They are incredibly reliable, always on time and lovely, safe drivers. They go above and beyond to accommodate any requests. I highly recommend them.

Great taxi service and we will definitely use you again, on time (early) to make sure we made our flight. Spent 1.5 hours trying to get through on the phones and sent a message via their chat function on the website and filled in the contact us form on the webpage. Never got through, never got a reply. Never got a call back. Don't waste your time - got a fast professional response from a cab firm in Swindon instead. Try there first as it seems this business isn't functioning. UPDATE: I got an email quote through 15 hours after attempting to make contact so you had my correct address, and a phone call 18 hours after my attempt. This was more expensive than cabs from Swindon for a job closer to Farringdon and the Swindon cab company responded within seconds and were very helpful and good value. The appalling response and insult below from this business owner sums up the lack of professionalism from this company. I suggest you fix the problems which made a potential customer like me so upset. Get a call system that tells the caller how long they must wait, or if nobody is available tell them; also don't have a website that claims your chat function is online and ask people to wait and then never respond.
