I can't say my experiences at this Post Office have been very positive because of staff rudeness. Their training is obviously minimal. Last time I tried to deposit cash I gave up because of incompetence and went to Bampton where I breathed the rarified atmospher of professionalism.

Always a problem whenever I have used this post office. Staff very unhelpful. Parcels have gone astray, not serving customers as too busy or closed and stamp machines not working

Just tried to send a small parcel prepaid/tracked. I couldn't read the pre paid label and had no idea how the self service worked. I got little help, just an assistant guy peering over the counter telling me what to do. Not very comfortable at all. As I couldn't read the label I asked if I could just give him the parcel. No answer, no attempt whatsoever to come round the counter and help me. A customer behind me read out the postcode for me but then, next, the scanner required the destination address which I, once again, said could not read! I said clearly to the guy that I could do it. Still no attempt to help. So I walked out - with his sounds of scoffing behind me. Imagine if I'd been disabled - in fact effectively I was as I couldn't read and needed help - but the so called assistant behind the counter didn't step forward at all. This is a serious matter. When people cannot do something for whatever disabling reason in a place like this, it is outrageous, possibly unlawful, that the assistant does not step forward. It's so bad that this review doesn't even merit one star.
