Very poor experience received during my visit today. The 'pharmacist' (I'm not sure they were a qualified pharmacist, or a dispenser of medicines) was unhelpful and didn't appear to have much knowledge about a fairly minor medical issue. They said they didn't even stock a very common medicinal product. I visited Boots in Wantage and the member of staff I spoke with there was far more knowledgeable, helpful, and found exactly what I needed straightaway.

Well, just looking at previous reviews shows me I'm not alone in my experience! What an absolutely pathetic staff member I had to deal with today! An old grey female who should seriously consider giving up her position so that a person with more energy and enthusiasm can replace her. (I am probably older than her so it's not an attack on the elderly, sometimes we just need to know when it's time to move on). Then obviously as is the norm in this snowflake time we're going through, she tried to imply that I am being rude, because I quaried the fact that their system made an error. YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER! You are the exact example of what a business does not need, Boots needs to rid themselves of unfriendly unprofessional unknowledgable employees like yourself. You are so rude that you irritate the customer so it looks like the customer is getting frustrated. WELL DONE! You've mastered being a rude unuseful snowflake . Society does not need people like this. You may think, well it's just one customer you're losing, it won't affect the bottom line. I am not your only loss and as long as this person works for boots you will continue to lose business. This review is going on EVERY platform available. Boots Faringdon will be well known for their pathetic service. Cheers
