Clive designed and installed a kitchen for me about 18 months ago. It all went in on plan and looks fantastic. A small issue with one of the door hinges cropped up last week. Although I was outside of the warranty period Clive popped around immediately and with a short visit from one of this team the issue was resolved. Really pleased with the way that this was handled. After sales service - in such short supply these days and one of the benefits of purchasing locally.

The short of this review, we have ended up with an amazing "wow" kitchen from Sephtons and would happily recommend them to everyone. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were immediately put at ease and made to feel at home. None of the sales pressure that you get from other showrooms. This is a family run business and everyone is very friendly as well as professional. Our first visit we looked round the showroom and collected a few brochures from Sam, who explained all of the features with the different kitchens. Clive came to our house, we explained what we didn't/did like about our kitchen and what we wanted from our new kitchen. Clive designed a wonderful kitchen around our budget which surpassed our expectations and maximised our space. The work team were as tidy as possible (the rip-out was a messy job), punctual and worked hard. Throughout the rip-out and rebuild of our kitchen, Clive, Deb and Sam were all available to help when needed and Clive made regular checks with his team to ensure work was progressing well. We now have a quality amazing kitchen with an exceptional finish that has made our life so much easier.
