I'd been looking to replace my old Bluthner for some time - keeping an eye on the national auction houses, large retailers, London showrooms, etc. Until I happened upon this gem in a Cotswold village just 30 minutes away! Excellent, curated selection of instruments to suit every budget. Able to try as many as I liked - no hurry, no pressure whatsoever. Just highly knowledgeable, accommodating staff. Bought a beautiful Broadwood baby grand with a very fair part-ex price for mine. The cost included ground floor delivery, a matching stool, the first tuning in situ (approx 6-8 weeks after delivery), a 2-year guarantee plus a 'money back' upgrade option (whereby I get back what I paid, less VAT, if/when I upgrade to a more expensive instrument in the future!). So...great selection, great team, great service and great value for money. Thoroughly recommended.
