Perry Bishop Faringdon

From the start Perry Bishop was friendly, helpful and completely professional. They guided me through the sales process, kept in touch and chased my buyer when things slowed down. I highly recommend them.

We had a bad experience with Perry bishop in Faringdon. When looking around the house we were told by the estate agent that she matches the houses to the person. I have family members that sell houses that said this was discrimination and not a normal thing to say. We were pushed to offer more and I have a few friends who had the same experience and felt pressured to offer more. I had someone make a remark when I was asked about how much I could put as a deposit which was well not everyone has that amount in their account (I had worked very hard for 3 years to save) this comment was unprofessional. I felt during the process at times the estate agent was patronising which was hurtful as the housing process is stressful enough. Unfortunately they sold the house to us without informing us about a major factor which meant we couldnt take the house in the end. I personally wouldnt recommend them or use them again.

We have recently sold our property through Perry Bishop Faringdon and I would highly recommend them if youre considering selling your property or looking to buy a property through them. From our initial valuation with Lucy, to marketing our property and negotiating a sale price with Gerry, and then onto working with Michelle in sales progression, the service we received was wonderful. Im sure a lot of people are aware how stressful selling and buying can be and how there can be a variety of challenges along the way. Our sale and purchase was no different however, having the advice and guidance from the team at Perry Bishop Faringdon really made such a difference. Thank you so much!

We just purchased our first home with Perry Bishop Faringdon and couldnt recommend them more! Michelle has been amazing, talking us through every process and giving advice, keeping on top of everything, and always phoning to update us. This made the whole process so easy and stress free, and I really couldnt say a single bad word about Perry Bishop. They definitely went above and beyond. If youre buying (or selling) I would definitely recommend Perry Bishop.

We sold our house with Perry Bishop and decided to go with them due to their friendly caring nature. The ladies based in Faringdon could not do enough to help us find the right buyer and make sure we understood the whole sale process. Sadly our first buyer fell through due to the incompetence of the mortgage staff at a large well know bank! But that didn't stop Perry Bishop pulling it out of the bag and finding us a new buyer within a few days. Then the sale processed very smoothly and we managed to exchange within 6 weeks thanks to the coordination of Michelle at Perry Bishop making sure all the solicitors where talking and progressing the matter as quickly as possible (so we didn't lose our dream home!). If we did ever decide to move again we would go straight to Perry Bishop. We couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you ladies.
