An amazing service provided from start to finish. Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. Extremely down to earth and friendly but he remained professional and dedicated to providing us with exactly what we asked for. Nothing was too much trouble for him. 100 million percent recommend lee and his team! The support they gave me and my sisters in the helping to arrange my mums funeral was outstanding. He understood exactly what we wanted and arranged every single detail. Nothing was ever to much trouble and I felt at ease with him straight away. It was the hardest day of our lives and made easier thanks to lee and his team and Owen aka will. From organising a bag piper to staying open late so, we could visit our mum after work and also being able to meet us all in the evening was amazing, with 3 familys all trying to meet and get together this was a god send. They think of every little detail from even getting in the car on the morning of the funeral and being bottles of water and tissues for us which we all forgot. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH X

Professional to the last detail from start to finish , compassionate and so calm which made dealing with everything so much easier.
