I can't praise Fab and his team enough for the excellent end of tenancy clean they performed on our rental property. The team were respectful, and pleasant and did a fabulous job of cleaning the property from top to bottom. Fab was great at providing regular updates on arrival times and went above and beyond to deliver the job on time and within budget despite unexpected early arrivals of a newborn baby within the family. Please do consider using this excellent local business for your cleaning needs - I'm definitely planning to use the team again!

We instructed Right2Clean to paint and carpet our rental property. It was supposed to take 1 week, but took 3. We are incredibly disappointed with the quality of the work. We have had to repaint each room, clean the curtains (they got paint on them) and had to have the carpet, they fitted, replaced. We found nails (some 3 inches long) protruding out of the carpet on the stairs and landing as well as loose staples. Part of the carpet in the bedroom was left uncarpeted - we have now replaced the carpet on advice of a professional carpet fitter who deemed its fitting by Right2Clean, 'dangerous.' Right2Clean also replaced the kitchen floor with Lino, which again has had to be replaced as it had been 'bodged'. We have tried to get our money back for the carpet, but Right2Clean are no longer responding to our emails and we are left with one option, which is to take legal action to recover our costs.

Emily was super responsive by email, friendly and professional over the phone when discussing our requirements for booking end of tenancy cleans for the property we were moving into, as well as the property we were leaving. The quotes were very competitive and I have to say that from the results given - you won't find cheaper elsewhere!! Fab did an amazing job on both properties - thank you! It's meant we could move into our home with a 'clean slate' and feel more at ease knowing we can focus on packing/unpacking rather than worrying about the state of the place. Fab did our oven, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher too and they're looking brand new. You can also keep track of progress through the 'Notes' app, where Fab and his team update as they go along and take pictures to show you - so if you needed to, you could talk to the team in real time without standing in each others' way. Excellent service and clean, Fab and Emily were very responsive and helpful and the place looked cleaner than when we moved in. Would definitely recommend.
