Pinnacle Sound

I first contacted Pinnacle last year as I was having sound transference issues in my new build property. I was at the end of my tether. From my very first phone call with Julie she knew exactly what the flanking issue was and how the problem could be solved. With the help of Hayes McKenzie we were able to identify the exact weak spots and plan out to rectify the problem. I met with Peter and he came over to explain the process and go through everything throughly. The works were carried out in the time frame that was specified. All the areas of the property that werent being worked on were all really well protected as well as all the communal areas both inside and outside of the building. Peter gave me daily updates and pictures and it was great to see all the progress and the high level of workmanship being carried out on a day to day basis. This was very reassuring that I was in good hands. All the work was carried out to such a high standard, its far better than when I first got the keys to the apartment 18 months ago. You wouldnt know such extensive works have been carried out! The difference in the sound proofing has been life changing, I cannot thank Pinnacle enough for all the expertise and hard work to help get my property sorted! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had our bedroom in our Victorian semi soundproofed a few years ago by Pinnacle and the results were excellent so we have just had the long hall and landing treated. Peter and the team are excellent in explaining what is achievable and the work was carried out very professionally and with a great deal of care and tidiness. Alan copied and replaced original plaster detail to a very high standard and Frank and Dimitri were excellent all round. Would recommend Peter and the team 100 percent.

Peter, Frank & his son did a wonderful job kept us informed of what they were doing every step of the way always polite and friendly cleaned up at the end of each day. Would not hesitate to recommend them Stuart & Valerie Barnes
