Ideal windows installed my windows and bifold doors at my townhouse in bucklers park. First class job from fitter Mike whose attention to detail was first class. Would hundred percent recommend.

To make this a fair review I will start by saying that when Ideal Windows fitted 8 new windows, a front door, built a new conservatory and installed a new electronic garage door we were pleased as punch. The work was excellent. However, 6 years later the garage door stopped working and as we were told by the salesman it was a 10 year guarantee we asked them to deal with it. I was then told it didnt have a ten year warranty at all, the motor was for 2 years, the control system was 5 years and (get this) the colour fastness is 10 years. Can you see the salesman sitting down and telling you the warranties of the component parts. NO, he said 10 years. They refused point blank and the letters I got from their Director Mr Thom Emerson were absolutely appalling. No one else is allowed to deal with complaints, This is where the after sales service goes bad. So in fairness I would say when you sit down to make a contract with them you really should clarify the details of your warranties, dont take the word of the salesman. Just to finalise this, If they had told us about the real warranties on this garage door being 2yrs, 5yrs and 10yrs we would never have purchased it from them. They didnt actually provide us with a copy of the garage door warranty so just make sure you get all your documents.

New replacement glass fitted today, by Ideal Window Solutions, Lee the fitter was great & very through.
