Solent Towbars

I was down in the area to buy a caravan but my my tow bar would not attach to my car, on the off chance I called in here for some help, which is where I was greeted and helped straight away and the tow bar sorted ! Not happy with overall experience and service provided , fitting finally didnt happen waiting for deposit refund . Fitters left the premises with out give me opportunity to call to Skoda , after 10 min I had information form dealer . In fact Towing capacity label was peeled off but v5 with towing information and vin number on vehicle was present . After escalation and complain and phone made I was offered to came to branch in Fareham for fitting , which I refused and asked for deposit back

Cheaper for me to get a ferry over from the Isle of Wight and have a tow-bar fitted by solent towbars, very professional and friendly family run business, would highly recommend to anyone.
