        I was let down not once but twice by this groomers over Christmas. No communication! Utterly disappointed. Sad as I previously had been happy with them.

        Turned up on time and was told that my dogs were not being groomed today as she is "feeling whacked". I had arranged my whole day for this as I work so changed my shifts. Not at all happy. There was 70 of work in my dogs and if I had not just turned up it would not have been nice for her to lose that money. Fuming!!!!!!
