What a brilliant job the guys did, very professional, full of great ideas, executed to a very high standard, Id recommend to anyone. One of the half slabs on a step with an overhang came loose, emailed, within 48hrs they were here fixing it, I mentioned Id like a none slip edge on steps ( difficult to see in dark) they did that at same time, on completion sent an invoice, great price, great job, lovely guys. One of the good ones.

Absolutely brilliant! Well, there are many reasons why we would recommend this family run Company. Firstly, Nick arrived to assess the work that needed doing and knowing we were on a tight budget gave us an amazing cheaper option to replace our very large boundary brick wall. Image attached! Sara in the office is so friendly, helpful and efficient in responding to querys and was informative with timescales for the project. The guys who worked on our garden project were amazing, they were professional, respectful and polite to us and our neighbours. Like any project some things can change and be problematic but, Rob came up with some brilliant ideas on the spot and carried them out with a professional finish. Jake also contributed with some great ideas for our garden and it was so much appreciated. Nick, Rob and Jake were also so helpful with maintenance advice for our new garden, especially Rob, which is over and above customer service in our opinion. The guys worked so, so hard on our garden for three weeks, they always turned up on time and cleared up after themselves every day. Rob & Jakes craftsmanship skills are top notch and we do not hesitate in saying we would definitely recommend them to family and friends for any work. We are going to miss them around the place as they are so friendly, polite and respectful. Thank you Natural Paving for making our garden a haven to chill in and carrying out the job feeling like we were having friends around us every day instead of strangers! All the best Shellie & Matt

All started well regarding booking a quote. Even had a call from the office confirming. Then after waiting over 2 weeks for my quote booking,clearing my afternoon for them, they forgot to turn up at the allotted time. I rang the office and they gave me a poor excuse because they had clearly forgotten about me. I told them not to bother, not interested in time wasters.
