Disgraceful company, shoddy work, rude and offensive staff. Work is shoddy, gaps in fences, panels bowing and posts wonky and over 20 large nails sticking out for our niece and nephew and dogs to hurt themselves on which had to be hammered back in by us. Contractors cant follow simple instructions. Advised via email they didnt require access to our garden as wed be out and would view/work from the outside. Contractor turned up, rung the doorbell and left a minute later? Nick Mayhew spoken to, was apologetic and sent someone a few days later. Contractor turned up 2 days later for all of 3 minutes and left without speaking to us? Contractor was also supposed to fix our gate which is slamming and the handle broken for the third time - Also not carried out. Contractor also left the back gate wide open, so our dog escaped and was found running down the road. Nick spoken to again, gave various pathetic excuses also saying the gate is too tall yet Im 56 and can reach the top and the fences are the same height. Handle also not fixed - no proper excuse for that? Appears they dont have ladders? Nick was argumentative, defensive and point blank RUDE. Also offensive towards my stammer and said dont you b b b me - not sure who he thinks he was speaking to? He is rude and unprofessional and I cant believe he is a customer care coordinator, because there is no customer care there. Completely careless and not to mention a security risk. Work still not rectified and have requested Bellway Homes find another company to take on the work to our fences. AVOID!

I have always used Borderland fencing, Fareham, for fencing and decking supplies, very good quality and prices. In particular I have found their staff second to none for help and advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent friendly professional service. 6' x 6' Garden lap fence panels. Spray treated 5 batons aswell for strength. 36 Inc VAT. BQ Stores. Same size panels only 3 batons for strength. 66. You do the maths. I would highly recommend Borderline fencing Newgate Lane Fareham.
