My daughter attends weekly karate lessons. She loves going and her teacher is fantastic with her. She comes out each week excited to show us what she has learnt and she has made so much progress with him. I would highly recommend!

My daughter and I started lessons with Sama under the tuition of Darren just over four years ago and really cannot praise him or the organisation enough. Not only has our fitness greatly improved but my mental health has also benefitted greatly and my daughter's confidence has blossomed. I have enjoyed every lesson and have never felt out of place or unwelcome. I would recommend Sama, and Darren, to anyone, no matter their age or ability and encourage them to give it a go as they will not be disappointed.

My youngest daughter and I started karate about 3 years ago. Not only has our health and fitness improved, but our discipline has also gotten better. My husband and eldest daughter started kickboxing 2.5 years ago and their fitness and mental health has also improved immensely. Darren has been nothing short of amazing. He is patient, helpful, encouraging and inspiring. We are all brown belts in our first choice of martial art and 2nd orange in our second choice. Darren encourages you to try anything and everything and will help you to reach your ultimate goal of black belt.
