        Went to collect the raptor yesterday and Chris the sales guy was fantastic start to finish. Although these have a big wait list he called every month without fail to keep me updated. When it arrived he pushed it through workshop as fast as he could. Not just a salesman but also a top guy. Thank you to Chris that makes hendy Ford a pleasure to deal with.

        Would give 0 stars if I could. Car went in on 21/03/23 for a boot latch and new BCM. Repairs were carried out by the end of that week. An issue with the BCM being coded to the car meant that they needed to speak to Ford software to resolve this. 4 weeks later after chasing every single day i am still waiting for a reply from Ford software and I have been refused a courtesy vehicle and am being forced to pay for other means of transport out of my own pocket. Staff rarely answer the phone. Do not book your vehicle in for repairs here as it will cause you nothing but grief.
