Small store, big on everything else. I collect meds for vulnerable family members and have never experienced any problems here.....I can not say the same regarding other local and (unlike Fareham Pharmacy) not independently owned outlets.

Unorganised staff, no proper records, items were missing from my prescription, no one knows the reason or take any responsibilities. I am insulin diabetic, unfortunately due to my large monthly prescription, this month items was not available, they had to be ordered a week later, I gone there tonight to get the rest of my medications, after waiting for 30 minutes, still no actual resolution or proper response why my items were missing, and no record was kept in the main reception I was so disappointed, unhappy and decided to walk out, and find a better and different chemist elsewhere How can they get away with not keeping a proper record of medicines
