        Tryed phone no joy went to reception where they was very helpful my problem was sorted out right away

        It is impossible to get appointment even if you phone first thing in the morning. I have tread many times. Even if you go to their to the surgery something. Also, via their web site they will get you to sign up to a service which is called Patient Access which is no help whatso ever. It just a site for commercial payment heath care which obviously they get a kick back from. I am now hearing that staff friends connected to surgery will always get appointment. This surgery needs to be investigated by the NHS England.

        Shocking- tried to get an appointment but as its half term there are no doctors taking routine appointments. Try next week I was told - there may be some then.
