Just picked my Mazda Bongo up. They fitted a new split charge relay system for me. When I showed them my problem there were no sharp intakes of breath or tuneless whistles, nothing was an issue. Great friendly and expert service.

We first met John and Emma when we dropped in "on spec" last year (2021). We had been dreaming of owning our own campervan for years and just wanted to know what was out there. We told them that we weren't in a position yet to buy, but even so, they both spent a lot of time showing us round the workshops and conversions, answering all of our questions and generally making us feel welcome. I think we decided then that we would be buying our dream from Sugoi and researching other options just confirmed this! Suffice to say that we ordered "Nipper" (our Elgrand Highway Star E1) in late January and took delivery on March 19th! With the Sugoi Team's expertise and advice, the conversion was designed uniquely for us and we are so pleased with the result. Nothing was too much bother and no question was left unanswered. We were invited to drop in at any time to see how things were progressing and we're always made to feel welcome and special. Our van is everything we ever wanted at a much more reasonable cost than many other conversions we have seen........ To sum up, a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful company, who know their products intimately and treat their customers as a part of the Sugoi family. What's not to love?
