        Stated they were unable to hand strip my dog due to her being bald under her top coat ( our normal groomer was on maternity) wanted to clip her instead. We contacted our normal groomer for advice who kindly offered to hand strip her whilst on maternity (she did it perfectly) They still charged us 40 for a wash and a face trim, this is more than our normal groomer costs for the full service. I think they are inexperienced when it comes to hand stripping.

        Didnt like the attitude, didnt cut the hair as I requested and complained about my dogs behaviour. Also, didnt clip the claws properly. Never going back again
