Theres a reason its Number one in the area. We give people new leases of life that they thought they would never get back. We laugh, we cry and we memory make together. Attention to detail and personalisation is what we do best. We celebrate each of our residents in their uniqueness. We also envelope those that are poorly in a cloud of comfort, dignity and love. Its a great place to work. Were well looked after as staff too. Nothing is too much from our employers.

My wifes parents moved into Hartwell in 2017. Father-in-law sadly died after a few months, but Ma-in-law is still there, three and a half years later, going strong. The fact that she is so settled and content is a testament to the standard of care she receives. The manager is uncompromising in her determination to maintain the highest standards, and leads her staff in that vein. Although the building itself is a little cramped that is irrelevant beside the happy and supportive atmosphere. Full marks.

My father passed away 3 days ago and I can't praise the staff enough. They looked after him well and during his stay and last day. If family not there a member of staff was. The staff went above and beyond what was expected and I will be eternally grateful for the care my father and mother (when visiting daily) received.
