        So impressed. I had a slow puncture, so I took my Skoda to Halfords in Fratton yesterday, who quoted me 125 for a new tire. They said they couldn't repair it!? Took it to Protyre, they quoted 77, but then called me asking "why do you want a new tire we can repair this for 25!" I am absolutely delighted. I shall be returning. Great customer service too - very friendly and helpful. Much appreciated! :)

        Pretty disappointing experience. Booked a Groupon MOT and wheel alignment check package. Car failed its MOT for cut in tyre tread, the same wheel as it failed last year BUT this was a brand new tyre. No offer of repair, guess they expected to sell a new tyre. Took car away and asked a local garage to look at it, firstly their MOT tester said it was only an advisory and secondly they said it could be repaired, although they werent happy drilling and patching a tyre that in their opinion didnt need it. Much head scratching later when the only option I had to pass the retest was to fix the tyre. Returned car for retest who passed it but still stated it shouldnt have been fixed?!?! Still never got the wheel alignment check I paid for. It felt like an upsell on the discounted MOT, nice bit of profit if you can get away with it. Tyre would have been around 250!
