Avoid avoid avoid. The driver didn't attempt to speak to the buildiers on the site and collect a skip. He was seen by the buildier driving off. The company trying charge me 75 plus vat extra, becouse they sended incompetent driver, which is saying that he couldn't find nobody on the site. Avoid avoid avoid. Very unreliable company to deal with with hidden extra costs.

We hired two skips. During pick up and drop off the driver broke our manhole cover located on our driveway. He reported it to the office and they said they had spares but would need to check measurements and come back to me. The drain is located in the middle of our drive and is quite a big hole, the driver gave us cones and we had a temporary cover but I advised we needed to get this fixed as it was a safety hazard. That was Friday, the following Monday a driver came to collect the skip and he didnt have a replacement drain cover. He said someone from the office would call me, I waited but didnt get a call, I called to make a complaint and was told someone would call me back. In the end we organised for the drain cover to be fixed ourselves. I called the office back again to complain about the lack of service and responsiveness and was told one of the Managers would call me back, he did and as an apology it was agreed that I would receive 50 compensation. Unbelievably upon checking my bank account I find that I was given 41.67 to be precise, which was not what was agreed. The ladies in customer services were really nice and helpful but they are let down by the management who are quick to take your money but dont hold your breath if anything goes wrong and their word means nothing! I want to be clear-I have not hired this company for any services, but they have some of the worst drivers I have ever seen. They are all over the A3 and they tailgate, make rude gestures, bully other drivers coming down narrow village lanes with their bigger vehicles. I had an incident where a large stone from an improperly secured skip bounced out, hit my car and caused my front tyre to blow out. I contacted the company who said they would investigate, but never got a reply. I now saw a TJ waste driver nearly collide with another van in my village. The van driver clearly had the right of way but the skip lorry just ploughed through and forced him over. Not acceptable and I will never recommend this company.

a great friendly and flexible service from TJ Waste. The drivers were considerate with regards to grass verges and positioning. the trucks are clean and I had to make adjustments to the pick up which were done promptly, communicated and without a fuss. Recommended and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

What a great level of service this company achieved. The lady taking the booking for my 6-yard skip could not have been more helpful and polite. The skip arrived as agreed, was left in a sensible space and was picked up promptly. All this was managed with no fuss and in a professional manner. Recommended.
