Weve been using these accountants for coming up to a year now and have never had any problems with them, theyre efficient, on time with HMRC documents and cant do enough for us when worried or confused about something. Michelle first contacted me and she was so wonderfully helpful I knew I wanted to work with her straight the way, her and her colleges help me really quickly whenever I need something. Helpbox have been very patient and helpful as I tried to find my way through the first year of having my own limited company, particularly with regard to keeping me on top of my responsibilities and then completing and filing my corporation tax returns for me. We recently joined Helpbox and I cannot express how helpful they are! We received VAT bill a months ago and was in a panic mode. Hayden then contacted me after I was searching for an accountant. He came across very helpful and knowledgeable. Straight away i appointed Helpbox as my accountant. I was 3 weeks away from my deadline and Luke Wearn kindly helped processing VAT refunds.
