        I'm always really confident getting my hair cut here. Great service and always a good result. I had a weird experience recently, when I went in for a pop of vivid colour. The original result was great but it faded really quickly after a couple of washes. What I was really impressed by, was the way they fixed it. I had a next day appointment to put the colour back in with some extra colour lock stuff at no additional expense. Excellent customer service! Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling

        Sadly, my experience at this salon left me with green/blue hair at the side above my ears. This mistake then caused my hair to became very dry and damaged hair from staff trying to scrub, yes scrub the green/blue out. Over a year later the hair has still not recovered. No apology was given, it was brushed off with 'this happens sometimes' - I was still charged full price and I won't be returning. Careful anyone who has colour/highlights done here! Services: Hair coloring, Hair highlighting
