What a way to be greeted, by a rude abrupt member of staff. Think how you would like to be greeted and remember people are just about to sit a test. It's about being friendly and making people feel at ease. You know who you are as you apologised when you were picked up on the way you spoke. If the job is not for you then move on and think before you speak and remember people may have hidden disabilities.

What a rude old woman on the front desk. That is not a good start being greated by a miserable old bat before you start a test !!!! . Made me angry when I went in and put me off. Sort your staff out because one day she's going to get a mouth full off someone !! Don't book your test here !!!

Went here to do my test feeling positive, came to the front desk and wasnt even greeted by the old woman , just bossed around and spoke to like dirt, made me angry whilst taking my test and made me put off, maybe think about getting someone polite on the front desk to make people feel positive not angry, wouldn't recommend going here to do your theory very unprofessional.
