I can't speak highly enough of Scott, the quality of his work, his professionalism and his willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy his customers. In the past 3 years, Scott has built us a large double garage and more recently a large extension and I can honestly say we couldn't be happier with the results. We're looking to get a large patio built this summer too and we're more than happy to wait for Scott's availability - we're simply not interested in considering anyone else for our building work and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, hard working, decent, honest experienced builder.

Professional attention to detail throughout After viewing work completed by Scott Davies, we had absolutely no hesitation in asking Scott to take on our extension and were grateful when he was willing to accept the job. Scotts professionalism and attention to detail shone through in all his work and this includes the trades that he employs to carry out specialist tasks such as electrical work, carpentry and plastering. Scott isnt just a builder; he is a project manager who thinks on his feet and will advise and guide throughout the whole project. Utterly trustworthy, we gave Scott access to our house to complete the build whist we were at work during which he was always considerate to our needs and those of our neighbours during those dusty noisy stages of any build. And always maintains a tidy site and the end of each working day. Overall, employing Scott to carry out work for you is like having a temporary additional family member we have been thoroughly impressed with his work ethic, skills and high-quality professionalism. We would have no hesitation in asking Scott to undertake further work in the future and we would not hesitate in recommending him to friends and family.

We were looking to replace our 25 year old conservatory with a new one and whilst getting quotations the subject of Orangeries came up as a consideration. I Googled a local search for this topic and Scotts website came up and, on the strength of the reviews, I got in touch with Scott for a site viewing and a subsequent quotation. He responded very promptly and after a discussion he devised a plan, his price was very competitive, so a contract was agreed. I cannot believe my luck in finding Scott! I can honestly say that all the reviews on his website are genuinely true and I can only repeat what others have said. He is highly skilled with a good depth of knowledge of his trade, takes great personal pride in his work, is reliable and honest. He discusses each stage of the construction as it progresses to ensure your satisfaction. He uses top quality materials and does not cut corners for cheapness or speed. The contractors he uses for the tasks outside of his skill base are also in the same mould as himself. We are so pleased with the finished Orangery, best decision we ever made. Both Scott and his apprentice Josh, are affable, hard working characters, and enjoy a nice cup of tea! In conclusion, I cannot recommend Scott highly enough and would certainly use him again if required. Well done and thank you Scott

I cannot recommend Scott and his colleagues highly enough. We wanted a new garage built to replace an existing, dilapidated lean to. I passed the plans to Scott and received a prompt response and visit to discuss the work. The quote was received in a timely manner and was the most competitive that we got. We were kept informed of when the work would start and Scott also made us aware of things like rising material costs and what he would do to mitigate those. When the work started one of the first things Scott did was to introduce himself to our neighbours and inform them of the inevitable noise and minor disruptions. Myself and my neighbours really appreciated this. Scott and Josh arrived early every day and we were always told if they would be later than planned for any reason. They worked solidly every day and were always polite and friendly. Scott dealt with the building regulation side of things meaning that the project as a whole went very smoothly from start to finish. The quality of the brickwork and overall finish is excellent and so many people have commented on how good it looks. Especially the way the garage has been integrated into the existing brickwork. Where required Scott would use other tradespeople who were of the same high standard and Scott would always be on hand when they were on site. We are very, very happy with the finished garage and we would not hesitate in using Scott and the team again and would highly recommend them.
