        We rented a flat managed by Cyan Power for over a year, and despite having agreed to notify them about any worsening of an existing mould problem they did nothing to rectify it when it reappeared within a month of us moving in. They also did not rectify a wiring issue that resulted in us having heaters running 24/7 rather than the contractually described Economy 10, told we should have been switching heaters on&off manually before we new this and made to pay for power use. Felt like a burden to have to deal with any of our requests. Keep clear.
