Forgot to bring my repeat prescription when visiting my parents. Despite NHS website saying quite clearly that pharmacists can provide emergency prescriptions with relevant information (which I had via the app), the pharmacist told me categorically that he couldnt help and that I had to phone 111. I re-read the NHS website, and instead went to the Boots pharmacy in Fareham and they helped me within 10 minutes. I didnt need to waste 111 time on a small problem that the pharmacist could help with. Pretty surprised that they were so unwilling to help

Absolutely dreadful always closed why even have a pharmacy in there if you cannot man it. Tired of excuses will go elsewhere in future

Worst pharmacy in Fareham unfortunately I have to give it one star when it deserve none. Often shut when it should be open. Avoid at all cost
