Today, I went for a midday appt and arrived 10 mins early at midday when someone else was seated and I enquired I was told it was a 2 hour wait for an appointment as they were busy!
Needless to say I left and took my business elsewhere after work!
Dont see the point of them accepting booking if they cannot keep to the time or if they are running behind by 2 hours dont bother to be courteous and let you know!
Wont bother using the salon again. Twice is enough for me to not want to give it a third go! Service: Manicure
