Over priced and a lot of times I found their prices actually higher then it cost to buy the item new.. You would be a wise person to sell privately rather then sell to this franchise..They openly offer you less then half the value, but then sell it for the full value. This is taking advantage of people.

Brought AirPods from CeX they had a crack in the right side didnt think nothing of it however the headphones last 30mins at max before the right side disconnects.I took them back 2 days later being told the reason was because of the crack on the shell and that they wouldnt take it back as it breaches warranty I told them I had brought them that way.

Honestly the worst CEX I have ever been to. The reason I use this store is due to it being my local however I have had so many issues that I no longer want to go there!! The attitude of the employees is beyond poor, from serving me and watching them handle others property. My partner has been refused to trade In multiple items and yet I have returned the next day with the same item and they have taken it with no issues. Multiple members of staff have been rude to both me and my partner while in the store. I have also noticed very rude communication to other customers. Ontop of all this they falsly advertised a phone sold to my partner and refused to sort the issue. This happened moments before I saw the same employee drop a phone from should height who then still tried to sell it as if nothing happened and then made a rude comment about the customers response.

Took a brand new Fitbit versa 4 unopened to the Fareham store to trade in and was agreed to receive a payment of 87. It's now been 10 days since I handed in this watch and haven't received any payment at all! I've spoken to their head office and all I've had back is that they are happy to give me a 65 in-store credit which was not agreed or what I signed for! I'm far from happy with the service I've received from this store and will not be going there again.
