I agree with the one star reviews below. Rubbish customer service, emails go unanswered for weeks, tiles delayed, they said they will refund the delivery cost but it can take weeks to receive the cash back. Will see if it actually *is* refunded. Shame as the tiles are nice, but Id save the headache and use Mandarin Stone instead, who couldnt have been more helpful and dont speak to customers as if theyre an inconvenience.
