        I had been walking over Fareham mall asking at every jewellers how much it would cost to fix a thin silver necklace and shorten another - the other shops charged 35-40 for one necklace! Michael Matthews then offered it at 17.50 per necklace - and that is much more affordable! Good value for money and doesn't commit extortion like all the other jewellers do! Friendly customer service and a return of my necklaces within a week - excellent company, excellent staff - good value for money - can highly recommend! Thank you!"

        Staff and Owner playing games when I purchased multiple watches. An example was taking a ladies watch off the market as soon as I showed interest. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
