        Whilst i cannot fault the product or the customer service what was concerning is i had to pick up the item after ordering online all good, read i had to take id etc for pick up so got there said my name and was subsequently handed 2k worth of jewellery, no id no reference number, literally a name and left...as said lady was nice enough but really poor on the security....

        The assistant spent the entire time I was in this store chatting with two customers that she had finished serving. After nearly 15 minutes walking round, I left. Appalling service !
