        What a 2 bob company this is.... All calls seem to go via call answering service they then send an email and the response is zilch Total waste of space from a Landlords and Tenants point of view.

        Had to phone the office 4 times before getting an appointment to view a property to rent. Had an appointment for today at 10.30am , no one showed. Phoned the office again, they sent an urgent email for someone to phone me. 2pm I'm still waiting. Very very poor customer service. Have given up on viewing the property and won't bother with any others advertised with them.
