Unfriendly staff. It seems you are bothering them, I even saw them criticising a customer because for checking too many products. I buy quiet frequently there, but I think I will start to go somewhere else.

Went in the store the other day and been meaning todo this , everyone get back to grapetree theres a new manager , the girls are all laughing smiling , great shop once again

Very disappointing service attended by Hazel. No regard to customers. There were three customers waiting, and she made us wait until she performed some admin duties which couldve waited after the customers left. She refused to give us a receipt when we exchanged some products claiming that it wasnt possible. Dour and unpleasant experience.
