BBQ Boss - Fareham

Order tonight from bbq boss for the 3rd time and all 3 times they mange to be late on the food 3 times the food has been cold it looks like they use week old salad in the burgers the mac and cheese taste microwaved but wanted over a tenner for a side my wife's chicken was burn on the out side but cold and half frozen on the inside cooked way to fast from frozen these people shouldn't be allowed to get away with this ur taking people hard earn money offering then the best bbq and giving them the worst of ingredients and not cooked right don't no how u can live with urself and sleep at night must be easy with all the money u stolen from people food is disgusting price is worse you ring them u get a rude woman on the phone you get ur oder hour and half late cold and hard and only half cooked way way way overpriced for what u serving people ought to be completely ashamed of urself u I'd give u 0 stars if I could

Had a very negative experience with BBQ boss. Not normally one to wrote reviews, especially negative ones, but I was appalled at the customer service I received. BBQ Boss agreed to cater a private event for me. We had a quote agreed, food choices picked and I was ready to pay and fully secure the deal. They were so slow with communicating with me, Id wait days to get any sort of reply. Long story short- I was completely ghosted by the company after expecting a call from the manager. We were left with no caterer for the event, with only 5 days to go until the party. The most unprofessional experience Ive had with a company.

Ordered for the first time tonight, costing just over 30. The burger quality itself was sub par and the meat used was similar to a frozen kebab burger. The classic dog was mushy. I had more chips in my kids chicken and chips than my partner's loaded fries. Definitely won't be ordering again. Shame as it had such good reviews.

BBQ boss used to be amazing when they first opened. Ordered 6 months ago and were disappointed to find a huge drop in quality along with a massive price hike. Had hoped it was a blip but just ordered again and found it similarly disappointing. Burgers used to be thick, tasty and juicy, now thin and dry and bland. Pulled pork used to be drenched in BBQ sauce now dry and tasteless. Loaded fries portion shrank from something shareable to barely enough for one. Sorry to say it seems opening branches in other locations has led to neglect of the O.G store. It was a fun ride getting food that tasted like it came from an Adam Richman (Man vs food) show but sadly I won't be ordering again when I can get better from McDonald's!
