        I had my eyes tested here and received great service. However, when I went back another day to see if they could update my lenses on an old frame I was served by a moody woman who sat with me analysing what lens I already had in my frames, telling me as theyre over 2 years old the plastic frames could snap. Everything seemed like I was keeping her and she came across quite rude. Wont be using them again for services other than eye tests.

        An hour wait even though its booked through time slot, 3 different people going before me although they turned up later than me. Shouldnt have to book if its not even on time, poor service.
