Just moved into a new place today marketed by Beals. Its disgusting. There is black mold everywhere. Nothing was cleaned prior to our move in. The entire place smells like mold and just stank. There was a flea on my dogs forehead which has never had fleas. There are spiders everywhere. When we got here every window was open and there were coffee beans in the cupboards to cover up the smell. It was very clear that they knew there was mold and smell issue but didnt take care of it. The toilet is broken. The water heater wont heat the domestic water. I will never work with Beals again. I recommend not using this company if you can avoid it. Ill share more photos as I get them.

We have just brought a house through beals, after starting off with Lily and then Sarah, we ended up with Katie, who we have found has been the most truthful and has communicated with us with every step.
