        Was NOT informed by Stubbington Roofing Ltd that estimate and bill did not include VAT. As a consequence my bill was 100 more than expected. Had Stubbington Roofing Ltd been upfront with this information either verbally or on their documentation, their estimate would not have been competitive and I would not have got a nasty shock.
