        Made an appointment with Michael Flaherty to help me take out a private prosecution against a firm of solicitors that had stolen 90,000 from my client account and produced fraudulent documents to HMRC and SRA to the sum of 120,000+VAT. I was informed that a average private prosecution would cost me between 30-40 hours of time, by my estimates approximately 12,000 plus disbursements. After waiting 4 weeks for Michael Flaherty conclusion to what I believe to be extremely good evidence he informed me that it would now cost me about 50,000, approximately 165 hours of his time plus disbursements, if he had told me this in the first place I would have never had made an appointment. His advice was I need to take advice from a barrister. Michael Flaherty advice cost me 2,409.00, thank you for your words of wisdom Michael Flaherty.
