        A Plan took over South Coast in Bitterne and quoted me over 700 for my car renewal when I paid 370 last year! I went back to an insurer SAGA direct as I use them on another car and was quoted 550 for like for like. I will not go back to A PLAN although the girl I rely with was very helpful.

        Not great communication between them, the insurance company and repairing garage. 3 months since accident and still waiting for car to be returned. We've had to do majority of negotiations ourselves. Probably move next renewal.
