Really helped me out with understanding employment law and all the ins and outs with payroll,holiday pay and what is expected of employers and employees. Can not recommend this company enough and on top a lovely lady who will go out of her way to help whatever the enquiry may be. 5 stars.

I approached Beth to do some bespoke building plans for my new business on a very tight timescale. Not only did she produce them quickly, Beth has created a brilliant piece of work with very little instruction that I am proud to show my staff and customers. I will definitely being using the Peas again :)

We contacted Becky and Kay with a complex HR issue during the Coronavirus outbreak. Needing it to be resolved quickly, we were blown away with their efficiency and ability to relay their extensive knowledge in a way that was understandable to us who know very little about the subject in question. During the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown I have been considering my next steps on my career path, so doing a motivational map seemed like a good way of exploring what I wanted to do next. I first of all completed a questionnaire and then I sat down with Kay to discuss the results and what a revelation! It helped me understand what motivates me at what doesn't and made me realise where I want to take my career. Kay explains the map really well and asked questions that were thought provoking, she listened to my answers and then linked it back to the results of motivational map. Thank you for your help, it has give me real insight.
