    I called late in the afternoon past delivery deadline. My partner had such an awful day. I spoke to Bloom Florist explaining the urgency. They helped me prepare a lovely bouquet. I wanted it delivered, which they managed to do. They were very helpful in assisting me to help add a bit of joy and a smile for my partner.. Thank you Bloom Florist! 5!

    My partner bought me some flowers for my birthday for 25, and by the next day they were all pretty much dead and looking like they need to be binned. Its such a shame.

    Ive been in a few times now to buy house plants, and the staff have been nothing but amazing. Very helpful and more than willing to give their time to help me with my questions. Ill definitely be returning in future, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    I chose Bloom for my wedding flowers to include button holes, corsage, bride and bridesmaids flowers and paid in full in advance. It was agreed that flowers would be delivered by 12pm on my wedding day. At about 12:30 I asked my sister to call the florist to ask where the flowers were and was told that our order had somehow been missed and there were no flowers. To give some credit, they made me up a bouquet as the bride at no charge and this was delivered just in time. It is not what I had ordered but it was similar. I received an apology the following day by email and was told I would receive a full refund plus extra for a meal. This was a nice touch. I gave my bank details on the Monday and by Friday was still waiting for my money back. I sent an email asking for my money and received it that evening. All in all, I am hugely disappointed that this had to happen and there are clearly some issues with this florist. I had not wanted to say anything initially because I felt that they were apologetic and had clearly made a big error, however, because I then had to send a follow up email asking for my money I was again made to feel that I was not an important enough customer. My wedding day was lovely but I did not have the flowers I had wanted and I will remember that sadly as part of what was meant to be a perfect day.
